"Open the pod bay doors Hal ! " "I'm sorry I can't do that Dave."
This is my project that I built and it is based off of the movie "2001 A Space Odyssey" directed and written by Stanley Kubrick. My project contains a brick built version of Hal 9000 and 4 scenes from the movie also Dave and Frank in minifig form. This took me two weeks to build and contains 500 pieces also I’ve built this in real life as well. I built this because "2001 A Space Odyssey" is one of my favorite movies of all time and because it is one of the most recognizable and famous sci-fi movie of all time. I think this would make a Lego set because there are a lot of people who are fans of "2001 A Space Odyssey" and because I think this makes a very nice display piece.
