The Vandals

Mr. E was inspecting a rather peculiar epidemic of car vandalism in his apartment's garage, when he spotted a strange man run from the site. Chasing him, Mr. E found himself tangled in a conspiracy, with a leader "Bones" who dressed as a skeleton.
One of the apartment tenants is Bones... and its up to you and Mr. E to find out who!!
