This is my idea of a LEGO ice skate model.
I had this idea of building it because ice skating is an awesome seasonal sport, and in the form of figure skating it reflex that beautiful and creative look and is practiced by many.
This idea would make a great collector's item for anyone young and old who loves skating.
LEGO has never really represented this sport in sets, other than the minifigure ice skates. For people who don't practice this sport it would still be a great collection piece to place on a desk and maybe give a winter themed atmosphere to the room it is placed in.
