This is an upright piano with some nice little details on the keys and the seat. There is also a pedal on the bottom of the piano. The model includes the piano, seat, and a minifigure pianist (who's hair is kind of on the wild side). The stud that is sideways (or SNOT, which is Studs Not On Top) can be replaced with a piece of LEGO sheet music.
I think that this should be a boxed LEGO set, despite it's size. There are more pieces than there seems to be in it. It fits nicely in 7 stud by 5 stud areas and can make a great detailed addition to a LEGO city building.
