Almost everywhere you go travelling in the countryside you come across a small town and it's grocery store come hardware store come post office too sometimes which serves the greater rural community.

IGA is a very common branding in both Australia and the USA.

Likewise True Value Hardware are known in both countries, though not connected.

This model has it's exterior based on a real store in Alburn, South Australia.

The paint tinting machine, key cutting machine, post boxes for farm folk to collect their mail from, all counters/displays and ATM are brick-built.

Of course for the USA, US Postal Service would be used instead of Australia Post.

Displays use stickers to give the impression of stock hanging or sitting on shelves.

The number of minifigs could vary from as little as two to five depending on price point.

The options could be deeper base plate filled with a meat department, dairy cases and shelves with canned food. Of course the hardware section could also go through expansion too, though again all depending on price point.

The cost of this set idea is between 120 to 180 dollars US.
