As seen in Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith on Utapau, the Octuptarra Combat Tri-Droid was a truly dreadful war machine. Like its older sibling, the Octuptarra Magna Tri-Droid, this anti-infantry weapon had perfect 360-degree vision and the same recognizable spherical head. With its three laser cannons, it could attack up to three targets at once. Its height gave it an advantage in terms of range and its three-way symmetry gave it bonuses over most infantry. Some variants could even release a gaseous virus if their "heads" were damaged. The model above contains 78 pieces (not including the parts of the included minifigures). To aid in the droid's success against the Republic Army, the set would include a Battle Droid, a Super Battle Droid, and a MagnaGuard (new Revenge of the Sith variant).
