Based on Dark Angel tattoo parlour in Camden Town, this modular building serves as the very best place for minifigs to put some new art on or in their body.
The first level sells all the dark clothing you could ever want, and has a cashiers desk so there's no excuse not to pay.
The second level has the tattoo and piercing parlour, just mind you don't ask for anything done with the harpoon gun.
The very top level has a typical London flat, complete with cramped conditions, poor privacy, and excessively high rent.
