This is the Tracy Beaker Returns Elm Tree House. This set comes with 4 figures which are Tracy, Mike, Liam and Gus. There are 3 levels of play, which are the attic, main entrance and the living room. This set features lots of mini-builds like the piano and sofa. Stickers would be included for the TV and the sign.
