Help your fellow builder by leaving your feedback based on these three criteria:
- Originality: How original is this - never seen before?
- Building Techniques: How much skill do you think the creator of this MOC has, in terms of building technique?
- Details: Express how much you like the details of the build.

Connection point instructions and 100 support
Normally I would celebrate 100 support, but I have become cynical with how things turned out on the last 10k group of none approval. Happy that the project will be up for another year for people to get the instructionals and lasting for a little bit.
With furthure ado, here is the connection point for the trains to the gantry. One picture puts it all into perspective where things go. Look at the white.
LC41 Ground and Rails
Here is the baseplate instructions for LC41. I am just furnishing pics and the parts list. It is way simple. The only thing to know that in one of the pics where there are red plates is where the main tower would go. Otherwise, simple goings from there. I also figured out a simple connection point for the trains to the gantry. I will not update the past instructions for these connections because it is pennies to get 10 parts to complete this part. I will have this update later as a substitution. If you look hard enough, you might figure out the connection parts/point.
Last thing to add, you can make the base plates any color you want. Also plates are advised to snap them together.
LC41 Main Tower instructions
Here is the instructions. I will follow this up later with the rails/tracks (if you can call them that) of the complex. There really won't be many updates after this I suspect as it is pretty much complete. But stay tuned for small additions if any.
LC41 gantry instructions
Here the gantry that the Titan IIIC, Titan IIIE, and Titan IVB will sit on. They rest on the middle section on the 4 "prongs" on the first stage. I didn't look into a connection point for the trains to the wheeled base yet, so there might be a mini update. On another note the Atlas V 551 will NOT be adapted to this model. It would not look right and the layout would cause to much change to this model. The atlas might find its way to another ideas page.
EMD SW8 train instructions final (v3.0)
Here are the instructions to the EMD SW8 train(s) that pushed the gantry out to the launch pad. The instructions are for one train, so if you want the final tally, double the parts count. Currently there will be 3 set of instructions out there. I consider this one the final version with it being an amalgamation of mine and Eiffleman's. My first one was dismal. If you like Eiffleman's design, it will work no problem with thie launch pad. If you want to see Eiffleman's train instructions, you can find his under his crawler here. The only issue is if you want to use his train design on the "tracks" that are on the final model, you will need to modify it slightly so that there is a stud of clearance at the front/back of the train.
I should have the gantry instructions out in the next few days, followed by the actual launch pad. Stay tuned.
Almost there
Here we are. What I invisioned what the final LP41 would look like. There is a few little tweaks I got to do, but it is in working order. I got the heights all squared away to work with the 11 work platforms and it rolls too! I might need to work on some kind of attachment point for the trains to the gantry. Probably a tile replacement to plate. Also have to add a plate height to where the rocket mounts as the ctv for my Titan IIIE cause it to lean slightly.
Titan IIIC on LP41
This has been a long time coming. A bunch of orders rolled in and I was able to finally have a working build of Eiffleman's Titan IIIC. These are for you bud. The build fits on the pad just fine. I thought the nozzle guns for the CVTs would interfer with where it would rest, but everything turned out perfect.
One thing of note is that I modified the gantry to support the rocket under stage 1 and it works for both versions of the models that LP41 will accomidate. People might notice the changes with the pics taken here. Originally the SRBs were where the rocket was supported, but I figure if they did that IRL, then a massive explosion would have happened. Watching how they put together the Titan rockets pointed towards a stage 1 support structure, so I improvised on that knowledge. I also had more orders roll in today so I might be able to get some train wheels added to the under side of the gantry. Stay tuned.
Projected upgrades
Currently the project in it's current form could be considered a basic model. A deluxe version would probably be the 2 trains and this idea right here.
The plan is to incorporate train wheels to the gantry and raise the launch tower 2 blocks. I have an idea of what might work for rails, but the elements are not a perfect meld so I won't know till I lay out a "track" IRL. I am sure there might be some other elements that fit in the groves of these wheels, but still looking.
Currently I am trying to talk to a few people that might have information on the system they used on LC41. NASA has been a dead end and cape canaveral has been dead air. Fortunantly the museum in dayton, oh has some possible resources I am checking with so I am not done doing research on this one.
I am also settled on the train designs which are a melding of mine and Eiffleman's. I am still trying to figure out how to put a recessed grate on the front. If you have a design, throw me a comment.
Blue-BlackFox I thank you for having a conversation with me that indirectly sparked the creative juices. Also you might want to do some emailing/phone calls to the above places I listed for your project.
