The is the Welsh Dragon I built. It appears on the Welsh National flag very much in the same pose as it is in the main image, and symbolises Wales and all things Welsh. It is used quite a lot by many Welsh public and private institutions. Such as the Welsh government, and sports bodies, including the Sport Wales National Centre, the Football Association of Wales, Cardiff City F.C., Newport Gwent Dragons, and London Welsh RFC.
It has also played a part in Welsh mythology, such as 'Mabinogion' and 'Historia Brittonum'. It is said to have some connection to the Merlin and Arthur myth.
