This is Tintin, Snowy, and Bobby Smiles from The Adventures of Tintin, volume 1, “Tintin in America.” Each base features grass, a cactus, a rock, and a name plate. I created them as a display models though the figures could be taken off to be played with. It has 136 pieces.
