The Lego City Winter Park consists of several key elements. Those elements include the Groundskeeper and his log tool shed, his dog, two townspeople enjoying Hot Cocoa and pastries, an ice pond complete with three frolicking Penguins, several trees, festive string lights, lamp posts, and a statue with icicles on the base. There is plenty of room to add more town people and penguins.
The base is made from four 16x16 brick plates and the second and third layers are made up of smaller brick plates. The complete set is made up of 200 bricks.
