This is Xarion, Descendant of Ozone and Notorious Villain from the planet Lemus 2. This set would go well as a Hero Factory set, but could be a Stand-Alone if it had too. This set will have a future update or similar set, which will have Ozone or Ozone and an updated Xarion.
Xarion Has: 3 Weapons, 31 Bricks, 10 Armor Bricks.
