The project salutes all those who have dedicated themselves to the NASA space industry, thank them for their great contribution.
I am a space lover since I was a child. I love using LEGO bricks to restore and rebuild things in real life. Two years ago, I built a NASA astronaut and this time I upgrade it and added lots of details to make the project more real. It will be the best choice for space enthusiasts to display and collect.
NASA used different spacesuits in its missions and this model is based on the NASA Extravehicular Mobility Unit (EMU) spacesuit design, well-known and can be usually seen in films and TV programs. It is usually used in missions to the International Space Station (ISS).
The project consists of over 1200 bricks and its dimensions are 28 x 17 x 40 LEGO studs. The head is rotatable and the backpack can be easily removable which allows more hidden details to be shown. The astronaut has 15 joints for posing.
Please vote for it if you like it, thank you!
