This set is based off of a Justice League Unlimited episode. Black Canary and Green Arrow are at the arena to stop Roulette's illegal tournaments.
The set includes an arena for competitors to brawl in. The set also includes Roulette's office, which includes a desk, shelves, computer, phone, mail, and two stacks of money.
Please support, this would be a great set! I don't expect this exact design to be produced. This is more for inspiration to Lego. I would also love to see these characters in my hand! Black Canary and Green Arrow are a must to add to the minifigure collection!
