     In this Modern Modular Townhouse, it includes everything from a front, and back porch, a kitchen, living room, and a bedroom with a balcony. In the kitchen it has a wide sink with a facet, and a stove. Lots of counter space, and cabinetry surrounds. In addition there is a table for two to sit and sip coffee, or a favorite drink at. Leading to the backyard is a sliding glass door to provide easy access. In the yard there is a spacious deck with steps to the green space. Back inside their kitchen a ladder leads to the upstairs living room.

     Once you climb up into the living room there is a warm fire going inside a nice fireplace. Across from the fireplace in a large green couch big enough for two. A large array of windows span the front wall. Beside the couch is an elabrate log staircase with stone finish to lead to the upmost level.

     After going up the steps you'll enter a bedroom with a queen sized bed and water dispenser. Out front in a balcony with glass windows, and a door to make a way to go between the two places. To make play easier the roof can be simpley taken off and on with ease. Lastly, the set comes with three original minifigures: a little boy with his bike, the little boy's mother, and a bike mechanic.
