As you arrive at the painted dog enclosure you will be greeted by a zookeeper, then go to any three sides of the enclosure and look at the two dogs inside. The enclosure is detailed with a sunshine mural backdrop, trees for shade, a pool to play in and a king rock rock to stand on. At the end of one of the viewing galleries there is a store room. Inside this, there is a crate for the animals' food, cleaning equipment and tranquiliser guns just in case of emergency. There are two bright floodlights which come on at dusk and go off at closing time.
