Chaos 4 is the fourth form of Chaos and a boss that appears in Sonic Adventure. It is fought near the lake in Mystic Ruins with Sonic, Tails and Knuckles.
The Set contains (obviously) Chaos in his shark-like fourth form, Sonic the Hedgehog, 4 Chaos Emeralds (red, blue, purple and green), 6 lily pads and 12 rings. Chaos' arms and tail are completely flexible, as he is build with the ultrabuild system (Hero Factory/Bionicle).
