After receiving the Republic Assault Ship (the Acclamator) with the planet series back in 2013 I decided to build this medium scale model based off of the small-scale one. It felt like a very needed set, and the smaller model just didn't appear to do the command center justice. Thus I constructed this mostly accurate Acclamator out of parts I had lying around, and it turned out a high enough quality for a set. Thus, I built this model with landing gear, proportional engines, and included the Republic Navy symbols. The main reason for this set is that it could propose a new kind of line of smaller sets similar to it.
