This shop should work fit in with any modular building, and is on a 32x32 board.
Inside, on the ground floor, there is the shop, with stocked shelves, and a counter. Stairs at the back of the shop lead to the first floor. Here, there is a kitchen/dining room and a living room with a sofa and TV. While on the top floor, there is a bedroom with a sofa/armchair, chest of drawers and a bed.
I have checked with other modular sets (the pet shop), and it has the same width pavement as outside the house, and the two connectors should line up.
