Erikson Aircrane "Forestale"

Starting from the "t-rex hunter helicopter set" i've created a more detailed version of the famous Erickson S 64 F helicopter. Using some technic parts like the shock absorber and the rotor blade, i think i've reached a good level of realism. In the picture the model is shown with the winch for heavy lift use.

The real one is an helicopter made for military heavy lift use by Sikorsky Helicopters. Later a private company specialized in wood logging, the Erickson, understand the true potential of this incredible machine. After rent some helicopter from Sikorsky, the Erickson company purchased the manufacturing rights directly and start the production of it's own variant.

The multirole capabilities of the helicopter is itself an incredible engine for everyone fantasy, i've made the winch version for lifting use but it can be equipped with firefighting equipment, external fuel tank, etc etc.

The paint scheme is taken from the Italian version but it can be realized in the most famous orange paint of Erickson Aircrane.
