Hello!

Allow us to introduce Lego Yosemite National Park. This creation was a collaboration between my brother, Jonathan_Brick** and I. Although it took many weeks of designing and building to see our initial concept realized, we are excited to finally present our model, comprised of 2007 LEGO bricks. Here is a brief explanation of the project.

In creating this set, our goal was to capture the awe-inspiring beauty of this setting, while paying homage to this unique landscape within  Yosemite National Park. Yosemite Valley contains El Capitan, a world-famous granite formation and rock-climbing destination over 3,000 feet high, the iconic 617' Bridalveil Fall, and Cathedral Rocks, as well as the landscape of trails below. As Yosemite National Park is very special to us, we hope to have designed a recognizable translation of some of its most iconic features, in LEGO form. Throughout the build, we referenced countless photos of the topography from various camera angles to accurately portray our vision. Technically speaking, we made only slight adjustments in overall scale when building the two granite formations to make the set fit on the 48 x 20 stud base.

We hope you love this model as much as we do. Thank you for your support!
