I think this set should come with 4 minifigs. 2 that live in the blue part, and 2 guests, because the orange house is empty and no-one is living there. The 2 parts can be seperated on the line where it changes color. I this would be a wonderfull set to have in your lego city, or just as a display model on your desk or something. NOTE this is able to stick on the other modular buildings.
