An artists studio that he cannot afford to refurbish and maintain but none the less in a beautiful setting in a tiny island out on the sea. A two story house with the bottom floor a studio and the top floor a living space. There is also a path out the back that leads to a boat that can hold one seated mining and a slipway.
Set includes toilet, bed, bedside table, oven and stove, fridge, counter,white wall (peeling away), 2 pictures (one on desk, one on wall), desk, stool, house outer shell, roof, slipway, boatand island for the house to stand on with garden and path. Also the roof, second floor and first floor detach from each other easily for playability.
