Joe’s Townhouse
Joe seemed to be an average kind of guy. He always dreamed of owning a home, but found them to be incredibly expensive. Everyone told him that if he worked hard enough, he would one day be able to live in a home he liked. He had to take into consideration different factors when finding a home. His main goal was to find something close to work so he did not have such a long commute in the mornings.
On his 37th birthday, Joe found a home for sale that was three blocks away from his job. To make a long story short, he bought the home. It took several months to buy the home to ensure it was a good home. The home had to undergo many different tests. A bank had to help Joe with a loan. With low interest rates, he felt he got a great deal and is a very happy home owner.
Joe has not been in the attic yet, but someone left a bunch of money and forgot about it. Joe is in for a big surprise if he ever goes into the attic. What will Joe do with the money when he finds it?

The townhouse opens up to reveal different rooms and levels in the home. As you can see in the pictures, one room has a bed. Another room has a TV and chair. In the attic, there are some old boxes and piles of money. Joe also likes flowers.
