This beachside house features three floors, which can detach as modular sections, including the roof. The first floor contains a spare bedroom and the main bathroom, along with a garage. The second floor contains the kitchen, flat screen TV, couch, and a balcony with an outdoor table. The third floor contains the master bedroom. The entire property is surrounded with a smoothed wall containing a back gate that leads to the beach. Along with the build for the red truck, this set includes five minifigures. In total, this model contains 1,753 pieces.
