Improvement of the piece of wreck
Hi everyone !
I made some modifications on the piece of wreck which is revealed when the front of the sand dune is removed. I tried to make it look less cleaner, make it look like something old, damaged and already visited by some Jakku's scavenger ! I don't know if I have succeed by I hope it will look better than the previous version ! Don't hesitate to tell me what you think of this improvement !
As a reminder, this is how the previous version looked like :

A look back on some pictures of a previous state of this project
This is not exactly an update but a look back !
For the ones who like see work in progress, genesis of a project, I post these few pictures of a previous version of this project. The version I have presented on Lego Ideas is the third version I make, the one I show you here was the second. The first version was very superficial : the ATAT's foot couldn't be open and so there were no inside...
In this second version, you can see that the project was built on a base plate (32x32). But it wasn't very good looking on every point of view...
The front of the sand dune couldn't be removed and the door could be open and closed by slipping inside the sand dune. But it wasn't very effective...
The inside was very tiny ! There were barely the space to put a minifigure... So, no good details neither !
I like look back on my work to see the journey progress ! I hope you will enjoy to see this previous state of this project, and, mostly, than you will enjoy see again the last version who is much much better I think !
Check out this huge R2-D2 !
The work Kresty did is unbelievable ! If you like it like I did, you can share support and follow it here: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/63523
