The main level of the headquarters contains a lobby/entrance, holding cell, interrogation room, conference area, work area for dispatch and other officials. The upstairs area is fitted with a crew loft, sleeping unit for all-nighters, and helicopter pad. It is outfitted with weaponry, satellite units and fortress-type protection.
