This set includes 6 minifigures based on characters from the Nightmare scene from the movie. It has no roof for play purposes. You can hang Batman and Superman can fly down to the bottom just like in the movie. This set is 341 pieces.
I think fans will enjoy this set because Lego has never made a set from this scene.
