This Walker was built during the post-Apocalypse, from garbage from a garbage dump.
The main purpose of this Walker is to move through terrain that a normal car can't pass, because it is very maneuverable and quite fast.
It is equipped with a gun with a red-hot cartridge to destroy enemies encountered on the way. There is also a place on the roof for night movement.
