Two Days Left

Hello there!

The Supernova only has two days left here on Lego Ideas. Thanks to all 684 of you who gave it a support since it was first uploaded here in August 2017. It's been an excellent run.

If you'd like to see what else I've been up to, I have a Flickr page as well.

Thanks for checking out my project!

Thirteen Month Update

Hello there!

It's been thirteen months now since the Supernova was uploaded to Lego Ideas, and it has 666 (ooh spooky) supporters! Thanks go out to all of you who have supported my project!

College has started back up for me, so I don't have as much time to build as I'd like, which is annoying because I recently got a huge hit of inspiration to build more stuff. Oh well.

I also have a Flickr page if you'd like to see more stuff I've built.

Thanks for checking out my project!

Twelve Month Update

Hello there!

It's been a while, hasn't it? A whole year actually. And what a year it's been. 634 supporters, and a magazine cover? Absolutely astonishing. Thank you to everyone who has supported this 'lil idea of mine. I never would have imagined it would become my most supported project on Lego Ideas and even land on the cover of Blocks. But that's all you guys. All I did was build the spaceship. It's you guys who shared it around and gave it the attention it needed to get to this point. Thank you.

Thanks for this excellent year. <3

Ten Month Update

Hello there!

Ten months have gone by since I uploaded the Supernova to Lego Ideas, and it has now reached 516 supporters. Thanks to everyone who has supported my project over that timeframe.

Again, no new updates for the Supernova itself but I'm really enjoying the castle that I'm building. It's lovely and fun and there's lots of details and references to the D&D campaigns that I'm playing with my friends.

I also have a Flickr page if you'd like to see stuff I've built.

Thanks for checking out my project!

Nine Month Update

Hello There!

It's been nine months since I uploaded the Supernova to Lego Ideas, and it's currently at 497 supporters! Thanks to all who've supported my project over the last nine months.

I don't have any other updates about the Supernova, but there are other things I've been working on. I've been getting into D&D and Skyrim lately so I have ideas for building a castle and various fantasy things. I recently got a big bag of Lego parts from a friend, so I'm primed and ready to build some stuff over the summer.

I also have a Flickr page if you'd like to see an exquisite pun I came up with.

Thanks for checking out my project!

Blocks Magazine!

Hello there!

In the new issue of Blocks magazine, there's an article about Classic Space projects on Lego Ideas, my ship, the LL960 Supernova, is one of those featured! Four fellow Lego Ideas members and I were intervieved about our builds and ideas. I gotta say, it's incredibly exciting to see my spaceship on the cover of the magazine!

The other projects featured in the article are:

Space Pod

Classic Space Mobile Laboratory

Playing In Space Since 1978

Planetary Outpost

Go check out those projects, give them a support, and read the article in Blocks issue 42 if you can!

Seven Month Update

Hello there!

Seven months have passed since I uploaded the Supernova to Lego Ideas, and there are now 440 people supporting my project. Thanks to all who are supporting my spaceship!

The small lunar outpost is mostly complete now, it just needs windows. However, the windows I'd like it to have are pretty valuable so I don't really know if I'm going to get those or not to complete it.

There's also something special coming up in a few weeks that's going to be very cool that I'm incredibly excited for.

I also have a Flickr page if you'd like to see a cool speeder bike I've built.

Thanks for checking out my project!

Six Month Update

Hello There!

Well, quite a lot has happened since the last monthly update! The Supernova was featured as a Staff Pick on the front page of Lego Ideas, and because of that, it has now shot up to 407 supporters! Thanks to everyone who has supported recently, and to the staff of Lego Ideas for showcasing my project!

I have also been working on that Lunar Outpost to go along with the Supernova, and I have a photo to prove it.

I took this photo just a minute ago. The base still needs a few more parts, but most of it is completed. Except for it's only on two legs and has no windows. I'm just glad I'm using my crater plates for something.

I also have a Flickr page if you'd like to see more things I've built.

Thanks for checking out my project!

Staff Pick!

Hello there!

I woke up this morning to the lovely surprise of finding that the Supernova was cosen as a Staff Pick and plastered on the front page of Lego Ideas! Thanks to the staff of Lego Ideas for showcasing my project!

In other news, I have substantial progress on the lunar base. It's going very well. I don't have much else to say about it, so I'll leave it there until the next update.

Thanks for checking out my project, and thanks again to the staff of Lego Ideas!

Five Month Update

Hello there!

It's been five months sice the Supernova was subitted to Lego Ideas, and it now has 172 supporters! Thanks to all who have supported and shared this project around.

I actually am making progress on that lunar outpost I said I was going to make months ago. The design is completed and I just need to find all the parts now. It's about time I got around to using those crater plates.

I do have a Flickr page if you'd like to see something I made that isn't a spaceship.

Thanks for checking out my project, and happy new year wow it's 2018 now time to get that new modular building.
