In this LEGO idea you will find:
- a traditional wood-colored bat with "black tape" for hand-gripping
- a classic white-and-red baseball
- a black stand to display the baseball, which can swivel left or right approximately forty degrees
This concept was constructed with simplicity in mind, as the inventors of the game of baseball decided upon the use of minimal equipment - a bat and a ball - which resulted in a more enjoyable experience for players and fans alike that has existed for over one hundred fifty years. Turning this idea into a LEGO set would allow others to capture the essence of an international sport through building the vital pieces of a popular pastime.
