This project is involved with the Light and Dark sets I made. Electro Terror used to be a scientist working for a secret evil organization that experimented on people. He studied a source of power called electronium. when his lab was discovered he fell in the giant ball of electronium, and reaction turned him into a monster made purely of electricity and called himself Electro Terror. As seen in the smaller pictures he has electric wings and spikes on his body.
