Portal 2: Core Replacement Station

I optimized the internal structure and ordered the parts for Wheatley. It is actually bigger than I thought it would be. Luckily it got pretty massive, nothing came loose.

I'm really happy with the results, but my LEGO sticker-making techniques still need some development :)

I got so happy when I saw the 1000 supporters! Thank you to every test subject, who has supported this project already! I created the eye graphics for the other three cores for this special occasion. Now the core replacement station has multiple cores for the replacement procedure :)

I made a short video about this model. It shows the new ball joint system in the eye.

I got a lot of feedback about Wheatley. A lot of you loved this idea, but the brick-like look of Wheatly was divisive. Someone liked it someone not. To make everyone happy, I made a rounded version of Wheatley. I had to rework it from the ground up, and I tried my best to make it look good.
