Divco was a milk truck company back in the 50's and earlier. They used to deliver milk right to your door! Once you finished your milk, you would put the empty bottles out for them to pick up. The full sized Divco is able to hold a mini figure.
In one of the below pictures, you see white and clear cylinders in the back of the truck. The white ones are full of milk bottles and the clear are empty ones.
The mini Divco's were made from the Divco company and the trucks were used for parades and advertisements. The Mini's had a go cart engine in them, represented in the one picture below.
