LoveableKittenCat
I have been a Lego lover since 1959. My dad was in the United States Air Force and we were stationed at Rammstein, but did not live on base. The first year we were there, my dad would give each of us four older children a Deutsche Mark. We would go around the corner to the little shops there. We would get 3 boxes of Lego pieces and 1 bakery treat to share. At that time there were no kits. One box usually had 25 of the same shape brick. It didn't take long to get a large collection of Lego.
