Winter 2014 Review Results Coming Soon

Throughout this winter and early spring, the LEGO Review Board has been hard at work determining the results of the Winter 2014 LEGO Review. Expect to see results from that in the coming weeks. You know you want to!

The Second 2014 LEGO Review Deadline is September 1st.

Projects that reach 10,000 supporters by 12:00 a.m. GMT September 1st will be included in the Second 2014 LEGO Review. Every project over the next four months that you help reach 10k will be reviewed and considered as a potential LEGO product, so get busy and good luck!

It is hard to choose one of these projects. They are looking good on a shelf, but the play value is negligible.

I'm not sure if they'd approve any of these sets!!
:(
From a production standpoint, they each have a major flaw/ reason why they wouldn't be approved; but if one was, TLG would probably give them a major overhaul like the previous EXO Suit project...
I'd say that the two most likely to be approved are The Bird Project and Doctor Who.
The major flaw with the Bird Project is the use of too many colors to illustrate the different birds, but I could see TLG overriding that by selecting birds with similar color schemes.
Doctor Who's major hurdle is, of course, licensing agreement(s) with whomever holds the rights to the series (BBC?). An issue that would make or break this project instantly.
The Big Bang Theory is a nice show, but it automatically loses to Doctor Who, just because the Doctors' fanbase is a good 50+ years larger, not to mention more international. Oh, and licensing agreements.
The Apple Store is nice, but first off, it's not very innovative architecturally, and then there's licensing agreements.
Lastly, just no to the Jules Verne train (although It's my fav) because there's low play-ability to the set outside of rolling the train on some track and placing the figs.

But again, this is all my own opinions.

The BBC would be idiots to not give LEGO the licensing for a one-off LEGO set. It would be the most ridiculous decision in the history of merchandise.

A TV show... that same TV show again... a different, worse tv show... a movie... a brand-name... and an interesting, well designed project. I think this system works too well for pop culture references and not well enough for anything else.

Congrats all!
It's still never really been cleared up by Ideas if more than one project can be made in the same review set. Based on the fact that it's never happened I'm going to say that I'm really hoping that Doctor Who is the one this round! Much as I love the Birds project (not to mention all those other cool projects) DW is the clear winner here for me.

This is my opinion on this
we have 2 bttf sets They should do the ucs delorean then skip the Jules Verne Train
the big bang theory and apple store set are good ideas but probably wont sell that much.
Then the Doctor Who and Companions should win because there are two and lets be honest that's the better one.
